We had a fantastic time at this hotel thanks to its easy access from Washington Luiz Highway 228, which made our adventures around Sao Carlos a breeze. The staff was attentive, and the kids loved the pool area, which kept them entertained for hours.
My kids wished the hotel had a dedicated play area for children. It would make family stays much easier for parents like us.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was pretty rough. The rooms were super noisy and the restaurant was a total letdown—got cold food and dirty cutlery twice! The location isn't great either. Cleanliness really needs improvement, and the whole place feels outdated. Definitely better options in the area.

However, the noise from the hall and neighboring rooms was extremely disruptive. I heard every conversation and bathroom trip, which made it hard to relax. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud but did keep the room at a decent temperature. I found the dinner service to be a letdown. Food came out cold and took forever to arrive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the staff and breakfast, but the noise and dining experience need significant improvements.
